Folios 345-346: Thomas Walbeoff, [Regulating Captain], Poole. Acknowledges the letter ordering him to report on the case of Samuel True. True was apprehended on shore at 10 minutes to 10 at night, and was seen going from one public house to another. When he was apprehended he was agreeing with a woman of ill repute to spend the night with her. Reports that he considers any person on shore not employed on the ships as having forfeited his protection.
