Folios 317-318: Benjamin Walker, HMS Helder, Humber. Encloses a report of HM ships and vessels in the River Humber and reports that friends of George Theaker Kirton, recently impressed about his ship, have applied to him for Kirton's discharge on condition that they find a substitute, asks for permission to discharge him on these terms.
Folio 319: enclosed in folios 317-318. Benjamin Walker, HMS Helder, Humber. A report dated 25 August 1805 of ships in the Humber, HMS Helder the guardship, HMS Sheerness tender, receving men at Hull, and HMS Providence, appointed to sail with the convoy to Tonningen on 1 September 1805.
