Folios 169-170: T[homas] M[outray] Waller, the Sea Fencibles, New Romney. Receipt of the letter of September 25 asking whether the Sea Fencibles have been instructed how to use the sluices in Romney Marsh, they are fully acquainted with these and, as recommended by General [?], Captain Buchanan and a party have been instructed to follow whatever instructions he may receive about opening the sluices.
