Folios 167-168: T[homas] M[outray] Waller, the Sea Fencibles, New Romney. General Moone has informed him the enemy may soon atttempt to land on the coast, he has only one Lieutenant in his district and Captain Maxwell is severely ill and might not be able to attend to his duty in case of an attack.
