Folios 164-165: T[homas] M[outray] Waller, the Sea Fencibles, New Romney. Is sending a letter from Lieutenant [Thomas] Bennett asking for further leave.
Folio 166: enclosure with folios 164-165. Letter from Lieutenant Thomas [Nye ?] Bennett, No 2 Notting Hill, Kensington Gravel Pits, to Captain T[homas] M[outray] Waller, the Sea Fencibles, New Romney, dated June 22 1805. His leave from the Admiralty has expired but the medical practitioners treating him say that he is not fit to return to service, asks Waller to inform the Admiralty and ask for a further month's leave.
