Folios 414-415: Thomas Western, Dover. He does not know if James Foreman has any other protection other than being a Sea Fencible, but from the evidence of the boat's crew from which he was impressed that he was employed in his lawful occupation for which his protection was granted.
Folios 416-417: enclosure in folios 414-415. Petition of Mary Foreman of Dover asking for James Foreman, Sea Fencible, to be released and restored to his disconsolate family, certified by W. King, Deputy Mayor of Dover.
