Folios 349-350: John Wright, HMS Swift, Deptford. Mr. Daly was appointed Purser to HMS Swift some time ago but has not joined and the ship is suffering. Requests directions to Mr. Daly to join, and appointment of a Boatswain. The Regulating Officer on Tower Hill has not been able to send the 20 volunteers ordered on board.
