Acted as Commander of HMS Guachapin from 1 September 1804 until now [October 16]; has signed all books and papers relating to Offciers' accounts; has been fitting in English Harbour during the above dates. Requests that due to the short time in command he is not required to prepare accounts. Requests he is paid for the time in command.
