Folios 187-188: William Wolseley, Tarbert, Ireland. Encloses a general list of men enrolled as Sea Fencibles on the River Shannon who have signed the agreement, taken the oath of allegiance, and are reported to be of good character.There are 50 more men enrolled but not yet attested. Also encloses lists of the boats enrolled and attached to these men. More men are daily applying from Limerick, [?Ashraton], Longhill, Querrin, Oyster [?], and Carrigna South. Has received letters of 3 and 7 January and has discontinued the advise boat placed near Loop Head.
