Folios 404-405: Isaac Wolley, HMS Gelykheid, Hawke Roads. Reports that the enclosed petition statement is correct.
Folios 406-407: enclosure with folios 404-405. Jane Leask, North Sheids. Petition dated 13 June 1804 regarding her husband, Peter Leask, 54 years of age with 3 children to support who has been impressed on board HMS Gelykheid and which states that he is totally useless on board the ship as he has scurvy, having previously been discharged from HMS Mermaid with the same condition. A discharge is requested on these grounds.
