Folios 392-393: Isaac Wolley, HMS Gelykheid, Hawke Roads. Reports that HMS Sheerness tender set sail for the Nore. Further that he did not give directions to the Lieutenant commanding her to take HMS Kingston under convoy as he did not think her capable of providing protection.
