Folios 384-385: Isaac Wolley, HMS Gelykheid, Hawk Road. Reports that upon receipt of instructions from Lord Keith to Captain Gardner to request the Argus revenue cutter to return to the Humber, the ship has not yet arrived. HMS Hermes has arrived with orders from Rear Admiral Russell to proceed with the convoy to the Baltic and that there is no revenue cutter attached to the Baltic convoy.
