Folios 378-379: Isaac Wolley, HMS Gelykheid, Grimsby Roads. Is enclosing a weekly account of the state and condition of the ship. Also requests a Lieutenant be appointed as the ship is short of one. Further that the ship is 48 Petty Officers and Seamen, 38 Marines and 10 boys short of complement. The survey of the ship has identified that the running rigging is unserviceable and that there is very little rope on board and requests replacements. The junior Lieutenant has an impress warrant assigned to him by Captain Gardner, and Captain Wolley requests two more impress warrants for the other Lieutenants.
