Folios 340-341: Charles Wollaston, Swansea. Requests the discharge of three men impressed into service by Lieuteant Cooban of the Venus, hired cutter. David Phillips is an apprentice bound for 4 years and has only served 2 years and 10 months of his time; Phillip Jasper, aged 35 is a pilot on the Burry River, married with three children and Robert White is an inhabitant of Swansea, married with 2 children, and belongs to the coal vessels which trade from Swansea to Cornwall.
