Folios 225-226: Edward Williams, Southampton. Reports that William Mathews, Mate on board HMS Spring, was impressed out of a public house at 10pm when he should have been back on board the ship by 8pm.
Folios 227-228: enclosure with folios 225-226. John Knight, London. Request for the discharge of William Matthews, Chief Mate to William Wilson, who was impressed into service at Southampton.
