Folios 211-212: Richard Williams, Belfast. Is enclosing papers presented by two men impressed into service; one relating to John Higginson which he thinks is fictitious, and the other to William Lewis. Requestsinstructions on how to proceed.
Folio 213: enclosure with folios 211-212. Certificate stating that John Higginson, aged 22, 5ft tall, dark complexion, black hair and scar below his right ear, is Chief Mate of HMS Mary and that he does not belong to any ships of war.
Folio 214: enclosure with folios 211-212. Certificate stating that William Jack is Chief Mate of the Alexander. He is aged 41, 5ft 7in tall, has a black complexion with short black hair.
