Folios 205-206: Richard Williams, Belfast. Reports that 7 stout young men were received on board HMS Maria from Lieutenant Dunlop of the Navy Fencibles, Bangor, as they had been riotous the previous night. As Lieutenant Dunlop has no warrant to arrest them, Capt Williams will detain them until he receives further instructions.
