Captured ship: Prince's House of Middelburg (commander Bartholomew Nowder, otherwise Bartholomeus Nouters).
History: 1673 a Dutch privateer (frigate, 220 tons, built at Flushing), bound on a cruise from Middelburg; taken at 8 am on 11/21 October 1673 off Mounts Bay, Cornwall, by HMS Plymouth (Anthony Young commanding) and brought into Plymouth on 12/22 October.
