Folios 246-247: enclosure in folios 244-245. Order dated 14 May 1804 from Commodore Samuel Hood, Commander in Chief of the Ships and Vessels at Barbados and the Leward Island by the command of Commodore John L. Tracey. He is directed to receive Captain Murray Maxwell of HMS Centaur with despatches and Captain Campbell with Major General Charles Green's despatches and the Aid de Camp of his Excellency Pierr de Barranger, late Governor of Surinam, to sail to England.
