Description

Folios 219-220: James Wallis, HMS Naiad, Plymouth Sound. Is sending lists of service for 3 men on board and recommends they should have the benefit of the Greenwich Hospital, 2 as Out Pentioners and 1 as an In Pensioner.

Folio 221: enclosure in folios 219-220. Certificate of Service dated 18 May 1804 for Richard Dunnaford, Sailmaker, 63 years old and has served 27 years as Sailmakers Mate, Sailmaker and Masters Mate on the 9 ships listed.

Folio 222: enclosure in folios 219-220. Certificate of Service dated 18 May 1804 for James Hicks, Seaman, 52 years old and has served 28 years on the 11 ships listed and received bounty money from the City of London for good conduct at the Mutiny at the Nore in 1797.

Folio 223: enclosure in folios 219-220. Certificate of Service dated 18 May 1804 for Edward Murray, Quartermaster, 58 years old and has served 14 years as Gunner's Mate and Quartermaster on the 9 ships listed and received bounty money from the City of London for good conduct at the Mutiny at the Nore in 1797.
