Folios 262-263: [James Athol] Wood, HMS Acasta, Guernsey Roads. Encloses a report on the condition of HMS Acasta and HMS Blanche and a letter from Captain Mudge about the conduct of the Gunner on the Blanche.
Folios 264-265: enclosure with folios 262-263. Letter dated 22 March 1803 by Captain Zachariah Mudge, HMS Blanche, Guernsey Roads, to the Admiralty. About the bad conduct of Mr. Dobbins, Gunner who has been in constant scrapes and shown contempt towards the First Lieutenant. Asks for him to be removed from his ship.
