Folios 213-214: George Wolfe, HMS Aigle, Plymouth Sound. Returned with his Officers and men from Dorchester Assizes on HMS Hind having all been acquitted. Asks for a court martial for disobedience and neglect of duty by James McIntosh, Surgeon, who refused orders to accompany 2 wounded men by carriage to Weymouth with luggage of men that walked there.
