Folios 390-391: Henry Waring, HMS Serapis. Lieutenant John Copinger has had a letter from Mr. Marsden regarding his half pay being stopped. He arrived on board on the 17th and used his best exertions to comply with his directions. Asks that he is not removed from the Serapis.
