Folios 350-351: Robert Warburton, Recruiting Captain, Limerick. Encloses the weekly return of men raised. He has not had any proposals from the local Masters for hiring a tender, but hopes to procure one if a boat does not arrive by the first tender form Plymouth. He has encountered difficulties with the Collector of the Port concerning payments. He is sending a copy from the Newspaper of the proclamation from the Lord Lieutenant General Governor of Ireland, the Earl of Hardwicke, enumerating the rewards to be paid for men.
