Folios 308-309: enclosure with folios 306-307. Letter dated 16 April 1803 by W Marsden, The Admiralty Office, to James Wallis. Mr. Erving, the American Consul has applied for the discharge of Isaac Vanblaiken, detained on HMS Naiad. Asks for documents supporting the claim of American citizenship.
