Folios 284-285: James Wallis, HMS Naiad, Liverpool. Is enclosing details of a lad who has likely to be impressed but had a fall, hurt his side and has been discharged.
Folios 285-286: enclosure with folios 284-285. Letter dated 20 March 1803 by James Charleton, Whitehall. Has reliable information that Thomas Place has never been to sea but has been put on a frigate at Liverpool and should be released.
