Folios 281-282: James Wallis, HMS Naiad, Liverpool. Captain Forbes has arrived to whom he will relinquish the business of the Rendezvous. The American Consul has applied for the release of Joseph Manning, Robert Chevens [?], George Sewell and John Stevens but they have been employed and taken out of English vessels; he waits for advice. Encloses a report on the state of the ship, there are 30 on board, pressed Men and Volunteers.
