Folios 198-199: J. Waller. Port Captain, New Romney. Encloses letters from Lieutenant Corsellis, the Signal Sation, Dungeness and Lieutenant Roberts of the Sea Fencibles. The former finds the allowance inadequate for coal, candles and stationery. Roberts asks to be removed as he is not fitted for shore service.
Folio 200-201: enclosure with folios 198-199. Lieutenant Roberts. 1 Oct 1803. To J.Waller, Commanding the Sea Fencibles, Lydd. Due to ill health following an injury inflicted during the last war and disabling him from his duty, he asks to be removed and superceded.
Folio 202-203: enclosure with folios 198-199. Lieutenant Corsellis. Signal Station, Dungeness. 1 Oct 1803. To Captain J. Waller. Asks for an increased allowance and provided details of the costs.
