Folios 194-195: J. Waller, Port Captain, New Romney. Information of the leave given to the Sea Fencibles. When issuing tickets of leave he took in consideration that while in their District, they would be protected from being impressed and they are allowed leave for fishing.The former Officer Captain Noble and Captain Efington[?] had set a precedent of granting tickets in and out of the district. He has had a number of leave tickets printed with the terms upon them.
