Folios 186-187: J. Waller. Port Captain, New Romney. Has intelligence from Lieutenant Corsellis[?], Commanding the Signal Station at Dungeness via Captain Eagle at Lydd that a local man had delivered cargo at Le Havre and had seen 170 gunboats there and at Cherbourg waiting to sail to Boulogne. He saw a number of our cruisers off these places.
