Folios 182-183: J.Waller. Port Captain, Dungeness and Sandgate District. Captains Eagle and Buchanan and Lieutenants Hinton, Roberts and Perrie[?] arrived at New Romney. Captain Eagle and Lieutenant Hinton are stationed at Lydd, Captain Buchanan and Lieutenant Roberts at Hythe and Sandgate and Lieutenant Perrie[?] remains with him. Men do not appear to have much zeal in coming forward.
