Folios 266-267: George Wolfe, HMS Galatea, Plymouth Sound. Concerning John Gourlay's, Master at Arms on HMS Galatea, request to be discharged from the ship. Recommends Thomas Price, who distinguished himself on HMS Caesar in the unfortunate disturbance in the Fleeet in 1797, in place of Gourlay.
Folios 268-269: enclosure with folios 266-267. Letter dated 21 April 1802 by John Campbell, Major General, Stonehouse barracks. Character statement for Thomas Price, late Sergeant in the 118 Company of the Plymouth Division of the Royal Marines.
