Encloses a commission from Rear Admiral Sir John Thomas Duckworth appointing Henry Whitby, Acting Captain of HMS Porcupine, dated 29 June 1802, in place of Andrew Fitzherbert Evans who removed to the Aeolus in lieu of John William Spranger who was invalided.
