Folios 116-117: Jacob Walton, London. His papers are at Portsmouth. To the best of his recollection, at the end of July when the ship was at New York, he laid in stock worth £200 and then sailed to Halifax where he received orders to bring the Commissioners and their servants back to England. He added £30 to his stores and they were on board for 6 weeks. Three weeks after arriving in England he was taken ill and had permission to come to London for medical aid. Captain Mundy was appointed in his absence and had the remains of his stores. Asks for an allowance.
