It was necessary to send a fast sailing vessel to inform the Admiralty of the capture of Curacao, so he hired the American schooner the George, which is now called the Wimbledon and is lying in Plymouth Sound. Asks for consideration of his expenses for the schooner which is ready to sail at a moment's notice for Jamaica.
