Folios 89-90: Samuel Warren, HMS Vesuvius, Woolwich. He has orders to be paid off. When he arrived at Purfleet on the 16th he sent an Officer to Woolwich for a Pilot but after waiting 2 days was obliged to take someone who was not qualified.
