Folios 83-84: Samuel Warren, HMS Vesuvius, Portsmouth Harbour. Encloses a letter from Lieutenant Dods of HMS Vesuvius complaining about a Rigger. The Rigger has been sent on board HMS Puissant for security.
Folios 85-86: enclosure with folios 83-84. Letter dated 8 Aug 1801 from Lieutenant P W Dods to Samuel Warren, Commanding Officer of HMS Vesuvius. Complains about Webb, one of the Riggers, who urinated from the top deck onto the quarter deck, where the Lieutenant was walking. He has put him in irons.
