Description

Folios 68-69: Cooke and Halford (Navy Agents), Beaufort Buildings. Request that Captain Walton of HMS Swan is paid by virtue of the Commission from Vice Admiral Vandeput dated 23 Oct 1799.

Folio 70: enclosure with folios 68-69. Commission dated 23 October 1799 from Vice Admiral of the Blue George Vandeput, Commander in Chief of ships in the St Lawrence river and the coast of Nova Scotia. Appoints Jacob Walton Commander of HMS Swan.
