Folios 66-67: Thomas Moutray Waller, 3 Spring Gardens. James Boylan, an old shipmate from HMS Emerald, has 19 years service. He informed Mr Navone that he can no longer work but the Admiralty has taken no notice of him. He served with him for 4 years and now appears to be nearly starving.
