Folios 37-38: James Walker, HMS Isis, Sheerness. He was mortified by the reprimand he received through Vice Admiral Graeme on how he had rated his men.
Folios 39-40: enclosure with folios 37-38. Notes reacting to Captain Walker's letter to Admiral Graeme expressing surprise that he addressed the Board as he did. Refers to the General Printed Instructions which he appears to have disregarded in rating his men. He is to be reprimanded for the style of his letter.
