Folios 290-291: Thomas Wolley, HMS Arethusa, Jersey. Reports his arrival in Jersey as per orders communicated by telegraph. I have sent an Officer to the Prince of Bouillon being too unwell to wait on him myself and in return I have received a letter saying, that at present there is no cause of alarm, the French having at present he believes neither the means, nor inclination to disturb the tranquillity of the islands.
