Description

Folios 283-284: Thomas Wolley, HMS Arethusa, at Sea. Reports that on the 1 April 1800 having been driven off the Bar of Oporto by bad weather. We fell in with and captured the French Cutter Privateer the Le Général Bernadotte of 14 guns and 57 men belonging to Bordeaux but last from Vigo.
