Folio 217: enclosure with folios 215-216. Robert Winthrop. Certificate to Principal Officers and Commissioners of HM Navy that Mr William Parker served as Boatswain on HMS Stag from 21 February 1800 to 21 October 1800 and is a sober, Diligent and good officer and deserves promotion.
