Folios 213-214: Robert Winthrop, Old Alresford. Reports that he arrived in England on the 19 September and that indisposition prevented me from giving this information sooner. Having lost HMS in Vigo Bay on 6 September 1800 request investigation be made into my conduct and also upon the Officers and Ship's Company.
