Information: Stolen a piece of shoe-lasting sixty or seventy yards long, Near Northumberland-alley, Fenchurch Street, victim: William Lawrence (aged eleven).
Mark Rushmier, On re-examination, outcome: Discharged.
Thomas Cooper, accused of robbery of a quantity of lace and muslin, Mile End Old Town, victim: Elizabeth Knight, outcome: Discharged as to felony, but committed to the House of Correction, for three calendar months as a rogue and vagabond.
John Sealer, accused of stealing two pillows and other articles, victim: William Summersby, outcome: Discharged.
