Information: Arson, Chesterfield Canal, Nottingham, victim: Samuel Dethick, reward or information: Fifty-five Guineas reward upon conviction.

Anthony O'Meard, accused of theft of one pair of sheets, two pillows, two pillow-cases, one blanket, Grange-court, Carey Street, victim: John Best, outcome: Discharged.

Joseph Powell Jr., accused of theft of four volumes of the 'Gentleman's Magazine' and other books, Craven Street, Strand, victim: Alexander Mesnard, outcome: Committed for further examination.
