James Hope, accused of stealing ten shirts, and other articles, victim: Catherine White, outcome: Committed for further examination.

Jane Hurst, accused of stealing a quilt., victim: William Simpson, outcome: Committed for further examination.

George Mason, accused of stealing one handkerchief, outcome: Discharged.

William Daw, accused of stealing one pewter pint, pot, victim: William Vinall, outcome: Committed to New Prison for trial.

Sophia Daw, accused of stealing one pewter pint, pot, victim: William Vinall, outcome: Committed to New Prison for trial.
