Description

Folio 159, Hatton Garden.

George Long, James Bishop and James Crouch, accused of stealing dead bodies, Burying ground, Seward Street Saint Like Middlesex, outcome: Discharged.

William Gibbs, on re-examination, James Barnes and John Butler, accused of stealing a horse, Rhodes Buildings Pentonville, victim: Anthony Johnson, outcome: Discharged.

Emma Ripperton, on re-examination, accused of stealing a looking glass, Pitman's Building Saint Luke Middlesex, victim: Jacob Powler, outcome: Discharged as to felony, committed to House of Correction for one month in default of payment, a fine for unlawful pawning.

Thomas Ryland, on re-examination, accused of stealing files and other articles, New Street Square, Fetter Lane, London, victim: Robert Johnson and Company, outcome: Committed to Newgate for trial.
