Folio 141, Union Hall.

Information: Theft of a Grey Roan Gelding, near Crayford, Kent, victim: Mr W Smith, reward or information: Ten Pounds Reward.

William Whiffin and Frederick Levy, accused of stealing a silver watch, pit of the Surrey Theatre, victim: John Burrell, outcome: Discharged for want of evidence.

John Hampson, accused of stealing three planes, Lambeth, outcome: Remanded.

Henry Bailey, re-examined, accused of intent to commit felony, Crown Row, Saint Mary Newington, outcome: Convicted under the Vagrant Act and Committed for three months to Brixton.

William Milford, accused of stealing a stove, Saint George, victim: Ann Soane, outcome: Remanded.

Charles Potter, accused of stealing twenty sovereigns, Saint George, victim: George Mitchell, outcome: Remanded.
