James Quinley, accused of stealing two pieces of pot-metal from his master, King Street, Seven Dials, victim: Archibald Wilson, outcome: Committed to New Prison for trial.

John Toole, on re-examination, accused of stealing one handkerchief, Charing Cross, victim: William Henry Fitton, outcome: Discharged.

William Barrett, on re-examination, accused of stealing three shillings and eightpence halfpenny, Newcastle Court, Strand, victim: George Carpenter, outcome: Committed for further examination.

Henry Wilson, accused of stealing monies, Saint Martin's Lane, victim: James Moyes, outcome: Committed for further examination.
